- School hours are from 9.15 a.m to 3.40 p.m.
- The school uniform is to be worn daily as per instructions.
- All the pupils must bring their School Diary to the Class daily. Parents are expected to go through diary every day.
- Every pupil should reach school pretty early to be present at the morning Assembly.
- Only English should be spoken within the school premises.
- Parents / Guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet teachers during school hours.
- Parents who seek information or wish to report complaints about their child’s education should do it only to the Headmistress and not to the teachers.
- Parents or Guardians can meet the Headmistress between 10.30 a.m to 11.30 a.m or 3.30 p.m to 4.00 p.m. on working days.
- No school business will be transacted during holidays.
- Pupils from one class are not allowed to be in other class rooms during the interval.
- Pupils should be simple and modest in their dress. Gold ornaments except ear rings shold not be used. Students are not allowed to come with fashionable hairstyle like spike, tail etc. Boys are not allowed to wear low waist pants.
- No kind of collection is to be made in the school without the permission of the Principal.
- No exemption will be granted from tests and other examinations without genuine reasons.
- Forging of signature will be considered as a serious misconduct and students found doing so are liable to get severe punishment.
- No fancy books or other strange, fantastic articles should be brought to school. Cassettes, C.Ds, toys, video games Cameras, etc are also prohibited.
- K.G children can wear non uniform on their birthdays. Distribution of sweets within class is permitted only in K.G. in other classes the child may instead contribute a book to the class library as a lasting and benefitting gift to all their classmates.
- The school reserves the right to change, add or delete any of the rules and regulations, given in the diary.
- All students are expected to pay special devotion to St. Joseph – Parton of our School and Blessed Mariam Thressia – Foundress of the Congregation of the Holy Family.
- Punctuality and regularity in attendance, proper school uniform, and gentlemanly / ladylike behavior in and outside school is always expected of every Josephites. In all these matters, the parents co-operation is expected at all times.
- Pupils must stand up smartly and greet teachers who enter the classroom. They must also stand when the teacher leaves the classroom.
- Honesty is expected of every pupil. If a pupil finds something which does not belong to him/her, he/she, should inform the principal /vice principal about the articles found and leave the same in the office. Pupils who lose the article may also enquire about them in the school office.
- Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school time without getting a gate pass duly Signed by the principal/coordinator of the respective section.
- Damage to school property, however small, will not be condoned. Stringent disciplinary measures will be taken against such offenders. The parents will have to bear the expenses of the damaged property.
- Students are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct in and outside the school. Hence, misbehavior in public palaces and conveyance justifies dismissal. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, objectionable moral behavior and above all discourtesy and disrespect to teachers are each a sufficient cause for dismissal from school.
- On their way to and from school, students must remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet the visitors and the teachers of the school when they meet them.
- During the absence of the teacher from class, students must obey the perfect or Monitor appointed to maintain order.
- Every student must take part in physical Training and Games, unless declared unfit on medical grounds or exempted by the principal. Students are forbidden to join any outside sports organization without permission from the principal.
- Money is not to be brought to school without necessity.
